The Mental Load
In this module we will think about what we are all holding. As a mum we often keep an invisible ledger — appointments, permission slips, meal plans, gifts, emotions, chores — juggling logistics and everyone’s wellbeing while rarely resting. This constant, unacknowledged micromanaging turns daily life into exhausting, never‑ending cognitive labour.
