Workshops
We offer several fully funded groups a year for mothers of children age. Offering a compassionate and validating space, the workshop helps mothers to feel seen and understood in a space that is just for them.
The workshops are informal, yet practical; teaching usable techniques to empower mothers to thrive amongst the chaos of motherhood.

Managing Maternal Overwhelm
Within this workshop we will discuss the psychological reasons why you feel overwhelmed and how this impacts your daily functioning. We will talk through techniques that help calm your nervous system at times when emotions can feel overwhelming.

Developing Self Compassion
Within this workshop we will develop an understanding of self compassion and why we can often be much harder on ourselves than we are on others. Through informal discussion and simple strategies, you will learn how to respond to themselves with greater kindness and build a more compassionate approach to motherhood.

Re-discovering Self Identity
Within this workshop we will help you reconnect with you you are beyond motherhood. Through reflection, discussion and practical exercises, you will explore your values, interests, strengths and needs, while considering how to make space for your own identity alongside the demands of family life.
