We have developed a series of groups, workshops and online courses to support mothers at every stage of motherhood. 100% of the profit generated is reinvested back into our community interest company to enhance services for mothers who need it most.
Groups
We offer several groups a year for mothers of children under 2 within the Bishop Auckland area. These supportive and informative groups provide a safe space for connection and learning, covering topics relevant to maternal wellbeing to help you thrive in motherhood.
Limited to 8 attendees, you can choose to attend alone or bring your child.

Workshops (coming soon)
These workshops are designed for mothers of children of any age. Offering a compassionate and validating space, the workshop helps participants feel seen and understood in their maternal journey.
Beyond emotional support, the session is highly informative, teaching practical techniques, empowering mothers to re-discover their identity and flourish amidst the demands of motherhood.
Online Courses (coming soon)
These online courses are practical and accessible, aimed at the busy mother who needs bitesize techniques that help her flourish in motherhood.
They are a mix of video, information, and worksheets for you to do at your own time and pace, whatever the time of day or night.
